Blade

Blade of Black eagle is made from Hand forged Damascus steel twisted pattern which looks very beautiful and fabulous is working .

Full Tang

The tang is the unsharpened portion of the blade that extends into the handle material. This knife features a full tang that runs the length of the handle giving the knife a continuous structure resulting in a strong, reliable knife, perfect for Big & small game hunting  and  heavy duty task.

Heat Treating 

Blades made by Ansari Forge are market champion in edge retention thanks to our steel selections and heat treat process pioneered by experienced persons, whose proven heat treating system . Each blade is put through a rigorous heat treat process and quality performance test. It is then tempered to the appropriate Rockwell Hardness through a heating, freezing, and reheating system. This gives you longer edge life, ease of re sharpening, and a blade that will not fail you.

Hardness of Blade

After heat treating we perform hardness test , only passed blades qualify for next  department we called handle assembling chamber . Well for this purpose we us Rockwell scale . The hardness of Black Eagle is 58 – 60 HRC which is very suitable for make a fine edge .

Forever Warranty

We warranty every knife to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the life of the knife, and we will repair or replace with a new knife, at our option, any Ansari Forge knife that is defective. Ansari Forge does not warrant its products against normal wear, misuse, or product modifications. Ansari Forge are not intended to be used as hammers, chisels, pry bars, or screwdrivers.
